**Job Description: People Operations Specialist****Position Title**:People Operations Specialist.**Location**:Ciudad de México**Job Summary**:- Wexpand is looking for a versatile professional to join our team as a People Operations Specialist. This role focuses on the administration and optimization of human resources processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with internal policies. Ideal for professionals with 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, this position offers the opportunity to grow in a dynamic, international environment.**Key Responsibilities**- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration for new employees.- Prepare workspaces for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and tools from day one.- Serve as a point of contact for employees facing issues with their work environment, facilitating solutions effectively.- Oversee contract signings, terminations, and related documentation.- Track and manage attendance, leave records, and payroll-related incidents to ensure accurate payroll processing.- Act as an HR point of contact, addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and general HR matters.- Monitor performance management processes by tracking action plans, providing constructive feedback, and supporting the implementation of improvement plans when needed.- Organize team-building and social events to strengthen company culture. -Manage Friday Lunch, ensuring employees receive their meals every Friday.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.- Advanced English (C1-C2).- 1-3 years of HR experience.- Experience in HR support or generalist functions (preferred).- Familiarity with administrative HR tools (e.g., HRIS, contracts, payroll basics).**Soft Skills**:- Effective communication- Attention to detail- Proactivity- Empathy- Problem-solving skills**Hard Skills**:- HR Management Systems (Worky RH, Bamboo, etc)- Basic understanding of Mexican labor law (LFT)- IT background (Support with computers etc)**Work Schedule**:- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.**Benefits**:- Positive work environment.- Law benefits.- Friday LunchTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
