As we work to modernize our Data & Analytics Platform in pursuit of that goal, we have an opportunity to build new capabilities and advance our way of doing business:- Address data challenges (sources of data, connected data, integrity & governance)- Enable continuous access to data through enhanced self-service capabilities- Enhance and scale analytics capabilities through our people and technology- Deploy innovative, advanced technology that is cloud based and leverages AI/ML, etc.As an integral member of the Global Data, Analytics and Governance team, you will support the mission of ensuring Kellogg data is trustworthy across the globe. You will help enable the success of that mission by:- Enable Regional teams to safely and effectively collect, protect, activate and communicate how we use consumer data, to ensure we handle it in accordance with local regulations- Identify all consumer data being sourced, and ensure that it has an appropriate owner, and place/system of record for storage- This will include 1st Party and 3rd Party data across domains like Consumer Affairs, eCommerce, Retailer Loyalty Cards, Retailer Receipt transactions, consumer research and insights, and a variety of promotional data- Collaborate with the regional governance teams to ensure we standardize where possible and leverage industry best practices in privacy and consumer data- Aid in the creation of data policies, procedures, and guidelines around the consumer data space and help drive awareness of these across the organization- Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization of consumer data and support scaling these capabilities across all regional teams- Partner with various functional areas such as Legal, Privacy, Marketing, IT and Procurement to ensure adherence to local consumer data and privacy regulations.- Organize and lead engagements including Regional Data Committee meetings in addressing data issues, finding solutions, ensure alignment on priorities and focus on roadmap to support delivery of those objectives- Drive and monitor Data Quality including determining root causes of issues, developing remediation plans and working with business owners for implementation- Partner with Enterprise Architects to build the consumer data flow and linage from ingestion to point of use- Identify and track effectiveness and efficiency benefits gained and risks avoided through consumer data governance improvements**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**Required:- High School Diploma or GED- 3-5 years experience in Data Governance- Solid understanding of the types and sources of consumer data (1st/2nd/3rd Party Data)- Experience working with data in the Consumers Packaged Goods industry- Strong experience using MS-Office tools such as Excel- Solid Project Management experience and strong facilitation skills- Experience in a global organization working across regions/global teams- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect at all levels of the organization- A passion for using technology to drive value and increase productivity- Able to operate in ambiguous situations, and to drive results through influenceBonus Points:- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field- Sales and Marketing Business understanding (Consumer Data and Usecases)- Solid understanding of Data Privacy concepts and developing regulations- Experience working with Adobe Marketing systems, Epsilon, Salesforce, LiveRamp and structured and unstructured data sets- Working knowledge of data quality - tools and best practices- Experience working with eCommerce data- Demonstrated ability to bring in external best practices**THE FINER PRINT**We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ethnicity, disability, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, sexual orientation, age, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.LET’S CREATE
