Delivery Manager

**RH: Omar Gonzalez****Location: Mexico****Industry - Sector**: INS**What you’ll do?**- The key focus for this role and the assigned projects will be “data projects”. Experience in- Delivering Data Warehousing projects, data engineering and other data integrationprojects is required for sucess in this role.- You will manage both an entire project - and efforts working with another DL to deliverthe data components of a larger project / program.- Demonstrate experience in managing data project and the unique challenges which theycan provide- Drive the End-to-End delivery of expected business outcomes, realization of benefits as outlined in the business case, drive incremental value, incremental planning, and dependency scope definition.- Drives your projects with exceptional communication skills - experience coordinatingactivities across multiple departments and teams with conflicting priorities. Experiencecommunicating with senior leadership / SVP / VP levels is key.- Responsible for the communication, critical issues, visibility, change managementguidance to deliver business outcomes.- Drives the prioritization of deliverables, handles moderate to complex issues/risks,governs dependencies.- Responsible for the delivery of status/health reports to drive value delivery tracking,optimizes the flow of value and ensures demand/capacity is handled.- Works with medium to large project/product financials. ($3m-$5M)- Good knowledge / experience supporting an insurance business team - a track record ofunderstanding business challenges and stress points.- Key contributor in the facilitation of contract negotiations, statement of work developmentand vendor oversight toward expected goals.**What you’ll bring**:- The key focus for this role and the assigned projects will be “data projects”. You will need to keep pace with software delivery and organizational change methods and tools.
