What this job involves:
This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the facility with a strong emphasis on creating exceptional guest experiences. This role combines traditional facility management duties with hospitality-driven service delivery to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all occupants and visitors.

Location:
Prol. Alfonso Reyes, Del Paseo Residencial, Monterrey
Work schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Work model: On Site.
What is your day to day?
- Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and security of the facility.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
- Develop and implement guest-centric policies and procedures.
- Coordinate front-of-house operations, including reception and concierge services.
- Oversee food and beverage operations, if applicable.
- Continuously assess and improve the quality of guest services.
- Implement hospitality best practices to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Coordinate and oversee facility preparation for special events.
- Ensure seamless execution of events in collaboration with relevant departments.
Desired experience and technical skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Fluent English.
- Proven experience in facility management and hospitality services.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and building regulations.
- Proficiency in facility management and hospitality management software.
This role requires a unique blend of technical facility management skills and a hospitality-oriented mindset to create exceptional experiences for all facility users.
