What this job involves:

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the facility with a strong emphasis on creating exceptional guest experiences. This role combines traditional facility management duties with hospitality-driven service delivery to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all occupants and visitors.

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Work model: On Site.


What is your day to day?
  • Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and security of the facility.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
  • Develop and implement guest-centric policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate front-of-house operations, including reception and concierge services.
  • Oversee food and beverage operations, if applicable.
  • Continuously assess and improve the quality of guest services.
  • Implement hospitality best practices to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
  • Coordinate and oversee facility preparation for special events.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events in collaboration with relevant departments.

Desired experience and technical skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proven experience in facility management and hospitality services.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and building regulations.
  • Proficiency in facility management and hospitality management software.

This role requires a unique blend of technical facility management skills and a hospitality-oriented mindset to create exceptional experiences for all facility users.
