In this role, you will ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.**How you will contribute**This role will appeal to you if you are a global mobility professional with 4+ years of experience, you have both a “builder” and “roll up your sleeves” approach on all aspects of international global mobility, including immigration and relocation. You have strong communication skills which enable you to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization with an awareness of cultural sensitivities. You have a passion for ensuring a positive employee experience.- Evaluate request from the business and confirm that the right package has been selected depending on the context (duration of the role, career experiences to be gained by the employee, size of the business in the Host location).- Prepares compensation recommendations in line with Mondelēz ’s Compensation & Benefits’ philosophy. Manage exceptions, including providing appropriate consultations and advice on any financial impact. All exceptions are to be discussed with Global Mobility Region Lead and managed in accordance to the exception process.- Via the Global Mobility Technology platform and Mondelez HR Systems, manage end to end process of the moves.- Conduct due diligence research and checks with internal and external experts on immigration, tax, social security setup with external vendors to ensure correct and complete advice is provided to the business.- Where required, consult local Payroll partners on the setup of assignment payroll to ensure adherence to local legislations, assessment and resolution of issues and address/investigate any payroll queries from employees on their assignment payments.- Participate in Global mobility related initiatives as part of continuous growth.**What you will bring**A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
