We seek professionals who share our vision of creating sustainable solutions that improve lives and protect the planet, today and for future generations.We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today**Regional Manager, Total Rewards - LATAM**:**Responsibilities**:- Partner with the Global Total Rewards COE to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals and market trends.- Support transformation initiatives related to total rewards, ensuring they are data-driven, agile, and aligned with evolving business needs.- Collaborate with HR business partners and local leadership to align total rewards approaches and processes with the HR operating model and market best practices.- Execute multi-year plans that support total rewards transformation efforts across HR and the broader business.- Develop and deliver clear and concise communications regarding program changes.- Educate HRBPs, managers, and employees on policies, guidelines, and program updates.- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging strategies.- Benchmark programs against industry peers to ensure competitiveness and adjust as necessary.- Leverage knowledge of regional cultural and economic trends for LATAM to tailor Total Rewards strategies for the Latin American market.- Lead communication efforts around changes to total rewards programs- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits programs.- Partner with key vendors on benefits programs to ensure compliance and best practices.- Assist in the administration and communication of employee wellbeing and benefits initiatives, including supporting the annual benefit renewal process and reviewing plan options.- Utilize advanced data analytics tools and methodologies to guide decision-making and assess program effectiveness**Who are you**:- You are a strategic thinker, skilled at evaluating risks and benefits to make informed decisions. You have a passion for process improvement, whether through small enhancements or large-scale transformation. You leverage relationships across teams to share insights and gather feedback. You are an effective communicator who can present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders, whether in one-on-one discussions, group settings, or board-level meetings.**Location**:**Requirements**:- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in total rewards- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.- Fluent in **English**and **Spanish**.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools.**Optional Requirements**:- Experience in a large, global company or in total rewards consulting.- Familiarity with Workday HCM.- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).- Proficiency in **Portuguese**is a plus.**Our Commitment to Our People**Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
