**Finance Analyst - Billing and ER Specialist**

The **Finance Analyst - Billing and ER Specialist** role is responsible for managing US, Canada and LATAM countries.

This role will be central to our invoicing process, requiring significant interaction with various teams to gather necessary information, ensure accuracy, and ultimately submit invoices to our client. The responsibilities also include managing expense reporting and diligently following up on accounts receivable.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and communicative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong self-starter, and is eager to contribute to process improvements. Proficiency in English is required for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate closely with various internal teams to gather necessary data for accurate invoice generation.
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely creation of invoices based on information received.
- Review, approve, and process employee expense reports in accordance with company and client policies.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices to client.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing and accounts receivable activities.
- Conduct regular follow-up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues, collaborating with relevant internal and client teams as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements within the billing and accounts receivable functions.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with billing, AR processes and expense report management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Google Sheets).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast learner, autodidact, and willing to share knowledge.
