In June 2023, the four subsidiaries in Switzerland merged into a single company under the new name Faulhaber SA. The headquarters are located in Croglio, Ticino, where Faulhaber initially founded its first Swiss location in 1962.The site in Croglio, located close to the Italian border, is covering an area of around 6600 m² and employs more than 300 people who develop and produce a broad spectrum of motor, gearhead and linear drive technology that form part of the extensive range of FAULHABER products.**SCOPE OF THE ROLE**:- Technical and Commercial consultancy of the FAULHABER product portfolio- Responsibility for defined customers as a Sales Team member- Improving our market presence to ensure customer satisfaction and growth**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Consult and propose technical solutions of the product portfolio to customers- Achieve the personal and the Team Sales objectives set by the Management- Collaborate with Sales Management to define market trends, promotional activities and proposals for improvements regarding the product portfolio- Strong support to Area Sales Manager and involvement in developing new business opportunities- Co-responsible for the customer and/or representative relation regarding objective achievement and defend pricing policy set by Management- Technical trainings and product presentations to representatives and/or customers, including travel, when needed- Lead important customer projects and coordinate and collaborate with other departments- Elaborating offers, receive and verify orders and coordinate internal activities with other departments, define commercial conditions in cooperation with the Area Sales Manager- Active use of CRM; data entry and regular update of customer activities and opportunities- Check requests and orders to comply with export control requirements- Provide necessary administrative and/or technical support to the Sales Team- Collaboration to continuous improvement of the sales process- Collaboration on the Maintenance and Improvement of the Company Quality System**PROFILE**:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills- Results-oriented with a strong customer focus- Good knowledge of German, French, and English- Excellent communication skills with an open, customer-oriented personality- Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally**Benefits**:- Canteen- Advantageous social contribution terms- Parking lots- Flexible working conditions- Well-being initiatives- Christine Hasel- Faulhaber SA- Via Cantonale 6980 Croglio
