Responsibilities Lead opportunity assessment: proactively engage in customer development, leverage marketing intelligence capability to assess customer opportunity, generate customer leads from current or potential opportunities driving from new developed product and formulation. Customer development action plan: proactively engage in action plan formulation, and engage in customer communication and execution. Customer solution proposal: coordinate external resources to design customized market service plan based on customer’s need. Customer Relationship Management Proactively engage in relationship mgmt. with KA’s marketing related departments, gathering market insights to support R&D and BD. Marketing Service Delivery & after-sales: responsible for leveraging internal capability and external resources to deliver marketing service and after. Main Responsibilities Although the position is a management role the candidate also expected to be hands on and involved wherever required for the regional team to carry out the responsibilities: Market Research To visit customer site with sales and also collect market information in their region such as: Customer Survey Analysis Customer’s org chart Customer’s end consumer insights and trends Prospects and opportunity analysis Category Analysis Marketing Support Service Marketing Support Service Help promote, drive, and expand our added-value service to our customers to provide them with our 360 marketing solution. Recipe support Account Based Marketing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Process Will be responsible to perform research to find high-value accounts to target as well as spend time developing growth strategies from their findings. Steps covered: Identify high-value target accounts – Identify key accounts that have the potential to contribute the most to the revenue of your company. Conduct research on those accounts – Get a good snapshot of customer needs and pain points, as well as where they are in their customer journey. Develop customized marketing campaigns – Using information you learned in the research phase to inform your strategy, develop creative assets that will resonate with the target account. Run customized marketing campaigns – Launch your campaigns to the target account. Measure customized marketing campaigns – Analyze the data to see how your campaigns are performing. Online Marketing – Will be in charge of creating localized content, regularly updating the following marketing channels in their assigned region. Webinars SEO – Quarterly updates on the regional assigned webpage Social media – Weekly updates on social media platforms in where they are based – language will depend on where they are based Email marketing – Monthly articles that can be distributed for sales use in their regions. Offline Marketing Will handle the planning and implementation of offline marketing tasks in the assigned region which could cover: Exhibitions Roadshows Print (Quarterly updates) PowerPoint presentations (Company introductions, products or service introductions) Public Relations – Build up media relations and “Distribution Media List” for future press release distribution in their assigned region. Ensure appearance on at least one reputable news website in their assigned region. Qualifications (Education / Knowledge / Working Experience) Master’s degree in a Marketing related discipline. Around 10 years of experience. Knowledgable in hands on B2B2C marketing as well as the consumer market in the beverage industry. Skills Needed Market Research and Analysis: The ability to conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and draw actionable insights is crucial for understanding the target market, consumer behavior, and industry trends. Strategic Planning: Regional Marketing Managers must be adept at developing and executing marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. This includes setting clear goals, defining KPIs, and creating actionable plans. Team Leadership and Management: Effective leadership skills are important for managing and motivating a team of marketing professionals. This includes providing guidance, setting expectations, and facilitating collaboration. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Regional Marketing Managers need to work closely with various departments like sales, product development, and supply chain to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business operations. Brand Management: They should have the ability to maintain and enhance the brand image in the specified region. This involves ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience. Campaign Management: This skill involves planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns. It requires the ability to set clear objectives, target the right audience, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Budget Management: Effective allocation and management of marketing budgets are essential for maximizing return on investment (ROI) and ensuring that resources are used efficiently. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and derive actionable insights is crucial for making informed marketing decisions. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for conveying marketing messages effectively to various stakeholders, including team members, executives, and external partners. Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, consumer preferences, and industry trends is vital for staying competitive and achieving long-term success.
