We are looking to build a truly great company and are JUST GETTING STARTED.- The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it, as our Shared Experience | Sales Trainer- THE POSITION- As a Sales Trainer, you will primarily be responsible for training new hires as well as the entire remote team, keeping up with training content, and helping to drive new hire and tenured agent increased performance. You will work closely with management and quality assurance to ensure all new hires and tenured agents perform to the best of their ability and reach monthly and weekly sales goals.Your success as a Sales Trainer will be tied to results-driven training initiatives, core company metrics, and team member retention.- WHAT YOU DO- Responsible for planning and running the on-boarding of new team members and supporting existing team members with on-going training and development programs.- Work closely with internal contributors to create e-learning content and manage remote training programs for the Porch Utilities team as well as all staff under shared experience.- Work with Sales Managers and the Quality Assurance team to establish rhythms around development and coaching.- Provide ongoing skill development sessions for existing agents- Develop and maintain training materials, workshops, and presentations- Required phone time to assist with service levels when new hire classes are not in progress- Attend team meetings with the Managers and the Quality Assurance team to review team performance against goals and set commitments for improvements. Conduct remote training through Microsoft Teams for new and tenured contractors.- Communicate class progress on attendance, behavior, skillsets, and sales consistently through the training and nesting period.- Conduct widespread recurrent training and new product/utility partner training when new hire classes are not in session- Support training initiatives for teams across Shared Experience as needed- WHAT TO EXPECT:- Quick recruitment process through video calls.- Pay rate: MXN 155.00 an hour- Training: paid initial training, as well as ongoing training to help you develop in your role and career.- Career path: this is only the beginning We offer real opportunities for career growth as our team keeps on growing- Support: You’re working from home, but not alone Your team is available in real-time to help you be successful- Work/Life Balance: This is a 100% remote job, which means no more time wasted in traffic Spend more time at home, where your family needs youWHAT YOU BRING:- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, or in lieu of degree equivalent education, training, and work-related experience- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Forms. 2+ years of leading trainings in a remote learning setting- 2+ years of training, coaching, and developing sales or customer service teams 2+ years experience creating educational presentations through PowerPoint, Canva, North Pass, or another presentation software- Skilled in public speaking and facilitating large groups remotely- Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt as needed- Strong working knowledge of sales development and best practices- Willing to work a flexible schedule to fit the needs of the business and new hire schedules- Competence working with e-learning software and learning management systems- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- A passion for developing people to be excellent individual contributors and team members- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask as and when required- A passion for developing people to be excellent individual contributors and team members- Experience with the Porch Utilities team is preferred but not required- Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.- Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that- meet our minimum requirementsLI-FQ1LI-DNPLI-RemoteWhat’s next?Porch is committed to building an inclusive culture of belonging
