DESCRIPTIONJob Summary: The Assurance Manager is a critical role within our Customer Trust Payment Risk team, responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing sophisticated risk management strategies to safeguard our payment ecosystem. This senior-level position requires a deep understanding of financial risk, regulatory compliance, and advanced data analytics to protect both the company and its customers from fraudulent activities and financial losses.Key job responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:1. Strategic Risk Management:- Continuously evaluate and enhance risk models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management strategies into product development and business operations.2. Regulatory Compliance:- Stay abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes and proactively adapt risk management strategies to meet new requirements.3. Data Analytics and Reporting:- Leverage big data technologies to analyze vast amounts of transaction data, identifying patterns and anomalies indicative of potential risks.- Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights on risk metrics to senior management and stakeholders.- Utilize predictive modeling and scenario analysis to forecast potential risk exposures and their financial impacts.5. Stakeholder Management:- Communicate complex risk concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership and board members.- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including payment processors, banks, and technology vendors.6.
