Warehouse Analyst

**About the Role**:Responsibility for planning capacity, managing resources and controlling workflows in Tech Data's 500k sq ft Semi automated Logistics facility. The role has responsible as part of the existing management team for ensuring KPI achievement in terms of service, productivity and cost.**Responsibilities**:Manage the balance between resources and workload, effective usage and capacity planning of resourcesWorking closely with the management team to continuously improve process to improve quality and reduce cost e.g. Slotting and release managementManagement of operations to exceed goals and targets (productivity, quality, customer facing SLA's, Cost - resource and freight cost)Maintain, develop and measure proper set of internal KPIs, SLAs, cost (tracking/control)Developing optimal strategies for workload release based on detailed planning and simulationsParticipation in project management and leading various internal projectsParticipation in annual planning processes (productivity, Headcount, Log. Cost incl. Freight cost)Implementation of innovationCommunication and close cooperation with key internal and external partners (internal sales org., carriers, customers etc.).**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:- Duties involve regular repetitive light, medium and heavy lifting.
