Our biodigesters empower farmers to convert waste into renewable energy and organic fertilizer, allowing them to reduce their carbon footprint, increase productivity, and operate more efficiently.By providing access to innovative biodigester technology, Sistema.bio is dedicated to addressing the interconnected challenges of poverty, food security, and climate change.We are on a mission to reduce 1% of global greenhouse gas emissions**.****You have the opportunity to become an integral part of this impactful story****Your mission at Sistema.bio**:Reporting to the Global Marketing and Communications Director,** you will be responsible for developing impactful communications and public relations strategies targeting diverse audiences.** Collaborating closely with our regional teams, you will support the creation and promotion of content that highlights our values and products, aiming to forge strategic partnerships and secure funding opportunities. Your central responsibility will be strategically managing and enhancing Sistema.bio’s public image, thought leadership, and reputation.**You’ll be in charge of**:- Developing and executing a strategic communication plan to elevate Sistema.bio's brand recognition, with a special emphasis on engaging funding partners.- Generating compelling content and communication materials to maintain consistency across all channels of communication.- Cultivating relationships with both traditional and digital media outlets to ensure accurate brand visibility and engagement for Sistema.bio.- Serving as a spokesperson for the organization, delivering clear and values-aligned communication at global events and in various media contexts.- Supervising the organization of virtual and in-person events targeting key corporate stakeholders to showcase Sistema.bio.- Developing and implementing crisis communication plans to safeguard the company's reputation during challenging situations.- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of the company's communication efforts.- Managing the PR & Communication budget to optimize cost-efficiency.**More about YOU**:- Master's Degree in Corporate Communication, Public Relations or a relevant field- Over 8 years of relevant professional experience in public relations and corporate communications within both profit and nonprofit sectors, with a preference for organizations focused on climate, energy, or broader environmental issues- Strong track record in developing and executing strategic communication plans, along with the ability to create impactful content and communication materials- Robust experience in social media management, including proficiency in utilizing platforms such as blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.- Demonstrated expertise in global media relations, particularly with media outlets specialized in environmental and social impact- Proven skills in translating complex information into compelling narratives, showcasing an ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences- Successful history of organizing impactful corporate events- Experience in communications and/or marketing projects for multilateral and bilateral organizations, including but not limited to the World Bank, USAID, GIZ, etc- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong writing skills in both languages- Passionate about making a positive impact on the environment**What we offer**:**✨Passion and Purpose**: Join a dynamic social impact company, certified B Corp and immerse yourself in an environment where passion, a strong mission and collaborative spirit converge.**Global Team, Local Impac**t**: Be part of our incredible international team comprising over 360 colleagues across 3 continents.
