**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with teams to interpret client designs, architectural plans, and engineering specifications.- Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings for structural, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes and modular construction-specific regulations- Prepare and review plan packages for submission to building departments and sealing by structural engineers.- Support operations teams with manufacturing and installation methods aligned with design specifications.**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree in Architect, Engineering/Building Construction, or related field.- Minimum 5+ years of structural and MEP design experience for residential and commercial projects in the U.S.- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant CAD software, Familiarity with U.S building- Codes, Knowledge of modular construction methods and material handling (wood and metal),- Interpretation and creation of structural and MEP plans, Ability to develop calculations and plan packages for building department approvals.- Resolving technical design challenges in modular construction,- Bilingual English/Spanish- Attention to detail in drawings and calculations, effective time management to meet deadlines, and a proactive approach to product improvement and cost reductionTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- DiurnoPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes experiência trabajando con códigos de construcción de Estados Unidos?- ¿Cuál es tu nível de manejo de AutoCAD?- ¿Cuál es tu nível de manejo de Revit?- ¿Cuál es tu nível de inglés?- ¿Cuál es tu expectativa salarial?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Diseño estructural y MEP residencial y comercial: 5 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
