As a key member of our delivery organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of client engagements with a focus on compliance, risk management, and delivering quality outcomes.**Requirements**:- 5+ years of project management/leadership experience.- Proficiency in English (e.g., TOEFL score of 550) with strong communication skills in technical, business, and client contexts.- B.S. or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Proven expertise in predictive project management, best practices, processes, and tools.- Strong scope management and negotiation skills.- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to lead and manage multicultural teams.**What you will love about working with us**:- At Capgemini Engineering we’re always looking ahead.
