As a key member of our customer service department, you will utilize your exceptional communication skills and multitasking abilities to provide top-notch service to our customers. With a minimum of **three years **of customer service experience, you will handle customer queries, website inquiries, and various tasks efficiently and effectively.**Responsibilities**:- Manage multiple channels simultaneously, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.- Analyze customer issues to identify solutions and demonstrate problem-solving skills.- Accurately document interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.- Collaborate with internal teams, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of **three years **of proven work experience in customer service.- Ability to multitask effectively while attending to customer queries, website inquiries, and more.- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.- Empathy and patience to handle diverse customer needs.- Flexibility to work US hours on a shift basis, including evenings, nights, and weekends.- Willingness to adapt to changes in shift times during Spring and Fall seasons.**Shift Schedule**:Expected hours: No more than 40 per weekSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Late shift- Night shift- Rotational shift**Application Process**:As part of our selection process, we would like to invite you to submit a brief video recording (approximately 1 minute) where you'll be speaking in front of the camera with the video on.
