**What You’ll Do**
- Manage multiple communication channels efficiently, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Analyze customer concerns, identify solutions, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, adapt to shifting priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactively engage with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with Central Park Puppies.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Minimum of three years in a customer service role, preferably in a call center, hospitality, or pet-related industry.
- **Communication**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. A warm, engaging, and professional tone is essential.
- **Technical Skills**: Comfortable using CRM systems, chat tools, and digital workspaces for efficient remote collaboration.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically, handle objections, and provide thoughtful solutions.
- **Empathy & Patience**: Capable of handling emotionally sensitive interactions with customers (e.g., first-time pet buyers or grieving pet owners).
- **Sales & Retention Experience**: Strong ability to build relationships and encourage long-term customer engagement.
- **Work Ethic & Independence**: Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly accountable in a remote work setting.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work U.S. hours on a shift basis, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Ability to adjust shift schedules during seasonal time changes (Spring & Fall).
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in the pet industry, veterinary clinics, or pet retail is a plus.
- Customer service certifications or relevant diplomas are an advantage.
