Join us at Johnson Controls and help shape the future**Key Responsibilities**- Design and implement scalable data architectures that meet business requirements.- Develop data models and maintain documentation of architecture designs.- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.- Establish best practices for data management and governance.- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data systems.- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance data architecture.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles.- Strong knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling techniques.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for data storage and processing.- Proficient in ETL tools and data pipeline design. Snowflake experience is mandatory.- Experience with data modeling tool such as Erwin is mandatory.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English (mandatory)- Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
