**Responsibilities**:- Assists in developing and executing the firm's reward strategy, manages the key areas of reward, benefits and pensions as well as liaise with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.- Manages and tracks progress for success for the Operational Excellence team.- Manages data integration, liaising between Benefits Vendors and HRSS, participating on global calls to coordinate with regional Benefits partners and on calls with vendor to provide status updates.- Updates Citi project management tools with status reports for Benefits projects and activities.- Ensures regional Benefits partners are providing deliverables on time to Vendors and project is on schedule.- Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues concerning benefits with substantial potential impact.- Influences decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.- Assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams through coaching and training new recruits.- Additional duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:- 5-8 Years relevant experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience- English advanced- Background in benefits roles**Job Family Group**:Human Resources- **Job Family**:Compensation & Benefits- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
