As General Manager , you are the inspiration for your team to create a positive and stimulating environment focused on teamwork. You will lead a team of about one hundred people whose mission is to provide customers with an exceptional Mama experience through a welcoming, quirky and friendly atmosphere that Mama must be in good hands with you. You will develop special relationships with customers and local businesses by delivering the Mama experience to them as well. While maintaining high standards in our rooms, ateliers, food, services, health and safety, you ensure the profitability of Mama through revenue generation and cost control. Behind the scenes, you analyze sales figures and control expenses. You manage and forecast budgets, as well as financial plans. In order to achieve these objectives, you collaborate with headquarters especially on reporting results, as well as e-marketing and media campaigns. Qualifications MADE FOR YOU? ONLY IF… You have the ability to adapt to any challenge, remaining calm in a quirky environment with a high customer flow. You have previous experience managing a team of at least 100 people. You can identify talent and help them grow; it’s your turn in the hot seat with the buzzer You demonstrate flexibility in your schedule. Your working hours will be determined based on business needs. You want to be at the heart of the action with your team, not always alone at your desk. You have a knack for business development and you’re an experienced Manager. You have solid experience in hotel operations, and if possible, particularly in Food & Beverage (F&B). YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE : You are a hands-on person and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.
