Instala, depura y proporciona mantenimiento técnico para hardware y software de productos y componentes, principalmente en las instalaciones del cliente. Ofrece inspecciones programadas, limpieza y otros servicios, y realiza reparaciones menores de productos dentro de un territorio asignado. Inspecciona los productos para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento y resuelve los problemas detectados o los escala según el procedimiento establecido. Programa los servicios, completa toda la documentación necesaria y colabora con los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción con la prestación del servicio y la comprensión del funcionamiento del producto.- Se familiariza con las prácticas y procedimientos de los técnicos de servicio de campo.- Con la orientación o en colaboración con técnicos más experimentados, realiza cualquiera o todas las siguientes tareas: Manejo de incidentes: Utiliza herramientas de diagnóstico para la resolución de problemas mediante un análisis detallado de fallas de hardware y software.- Realiza reparaciones de hardware a nível de componente.- Limpia y ajusta componentes mecánicos.- Configura e instala el software correspondiente.- Mantenimiento preventivo: Realiza comprobaciones rutinarias según los procedimientos documentados. Recarga de consumibles según las instrucciones. IMAC/R: Instala, traslada, añade, modifica y elimina productos de hardware y software.- Capacitación de clientes: Instruye y capacita a los clientes sobre el uso y la operación del hardware y software instalados.- Participa en capacitaciones regulares de hardware y software (en el trabajo, presenciales y en línea).- Participa en la implementación de medidas para alcanzar los KPI acordados. Colabora en proyectos especiales según se le asigne.**Required Qualifications**- Se requiere formación académica o experiência laboral equivalente.- 0 a 2 años de experiência relevante o una combinación equivalente de formación y experiência en servicios de campo.Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.LI-RM1
