Our site, Albéa Matamoros is North America’s Center of Excellence for Mascara, Lip Gloss and Lipstick Packaging.ScopeThis position reports to C&F CFO directly and to the C&C US BU GM in dotted line. Responsible for accounting & controlling for Color & Care Americas, including Service Desk, 2 Direct Reports: Plant Controller, Accounting Manager who are supervising a team of 15-20 people.Main activities- Develop, prepare, analyze and present budgets, 4 Year Plan and monthly current and forecasted results of financial performance to executive management leadership team- Develop customer profitability analysis to support decision making process- Drive the costing activities (prepare the price quotations, cost analysis, annual standard cost, etc.)- Coordinate and monitor the planning process to ensure tax forecasts, expense budgets, CI cost savings opportunities, purchasing savings and capital investments are achievable and contribute to the short & long-term profit and growth objectives of the companyReassess on a monthly basis the forecast accuracy and establish with local management corrective action plan to deliver commitment (Budget/Fcast/Plan- Forecast is P&L and operational cash flow)Manage efficiently the cash of the company by being very diligent on Working Capital level, approving and controlling effectiveness of Capex/Investments made, by focus on costs optimization regularly- Document and train people on all Key Processes that are supporting each of the main internal control cycle (Inventory, Receivables/Payables/Cash, Payroll, Taxes, Cost Accounting, Master Data, IT, Import/Export)Ensure Albea Rules are followed strictly in the controlled perimeter.Develop and maintain an effective system of internal control for safeguarding companies assets.- Ensure alignment, development and engagement of his team, promoting Albea values and coherent behaviors.- Key player on annual internal and external audits of US and MX statutory booksAccountability including KPIs- Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's objectives.- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.- Ensure the implementation of cost control measures to improve profitability.- Ensure to identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.- Ensure to provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and long-term planning.Profile (Experience & qualifications)- Graduate a degree with major in finance or accounting. Preferably with a Master Degree in Business or Economics- Experience in accounting/finance, minimum 5 years as Finance Manager/Controller. Knowledge of Maquiladora operations and regulations- Working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems. Familiar with advanced finance tools in global finance market, a plus- Knowledge of tax computations and processes, US and MX and South America tax regulations- Knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, SAP is a plus- Travel involved (visa) less 10% travel
