Responsibilities Execute month‑end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and ensuring accuracy. Support compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and Mexican tax regulations. Collaborate with global RTR (Record‑to‑Report) teams in India to align processes and reporting standards. Partner with Payroll, Tax, and Plant Operations teams to ensure accurate financial records and compliance. Provide financial analysis to support operational decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and analyze financial transactions related to maquiladora operations, ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies. Utilize ERP systems (SAP or similar) for data management, reconciliations, and reporting. Participate in internal and external audits, preparing documentation and supporting audit requirements. Work closely with cross‑functional teams (RTR, Tax, Payroll, Plant Operations) to resolve issues promptly. Ensure proper accounting treatment of intercompany transactions, import/export activities, and maquiladora‑specific cost structures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3‑5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in RTR. Proficient with English both listening and speaking is preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
