We are looking for a Design Engineering Manager, to Lead efforts and expand Design team expertise towards a life-cycle engineering perspective; including, but not limited to design, drawings, structural analysis, order entry, visualization, and testing. Or identified locations for meetings, training, and business needs.- Working with internal partners to proactively clear potential project delivery roadblocks.**What we are looking for**:- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in a directly related field. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in current role.- Advocates and recommends changes in processes and/or procedures to improve processes, projects, and teams.- Anticipates trends, and problems and enthusiastically searches for resolutions.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.- Continuous monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of team status.- Workload balancing and forecasts.- Participate in cross-functional technical reviews to ensure alignment of technical specifications and customer requirements.- Forecasting workload and managing indirect hours.- Interpersonal skills: Teamwork, Service Attitude, Resilience and Adaptability.
