As a WAREHOUSE CONTROL ASSISTANT; you will be responsible for the administration and operation of the organization’s warehouses, including the processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.You will report to Transport Coordinator.**Key Responsibilities**- Develop a planning for all the processes of a shipment.- Authenticate the information and availability of the material.- Perform divisions and consolidations according to routes and volume/weight of the orders.- Registration of product shipped to each customer according to schedule.- Crafting control, review, storage and register of all evidence of delivery from the shipping lines.- Validation of inventory movements, inputs and outputs of finished product.- Coordinate that the documentation of the verification process and delivery of the product is loaded accurately in the system and delivered to the customer.- Lead the information generated with the transportation lines guaranteeing an organized control, revision, storage and digitalization of all documentation.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade or related.- Use excel (can perform complex functions).- Validated experience in administrative activities as invoicing, payment to suppliers, purchase orders, etc.- Desirable understanding of the types of transport.- + 1 year experience in warehouse processes.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** TM****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
