The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.As a Warehouse Assistant you will be responsible for the transportation and delivery of production elements between the warehouse facilities and Studios.**Responsibilities**:- Assists in maintaining and updating the detailed control/inventory count of all items pertaining to each assigned soap opera and/or set- Assists production personnel in identifying and locating items in the warehouse- Delivers specific items as needed to different departments- Responsible for ensuring the proper packaging of items for transportation and/or storage- Assists in restocking items on racks upon delivery- Utilizes forklift as needed to remove and add items from and to the warehouse- Ensures that all work is done under the technical guidelines and operations procedures of Telemundo Studios’ infrastructure and adheres to EHS/OSHA regulations and procedures- Follows policies, applicable laws, and regulations to protect his/her own health and safety as well as that of other workers, the public, and the environment- Presents ideas that support EHS goals and policies to your business or EHS leader- Raises concerns about possible violations of EHS policies to your manager, business and EHS Leader- Works under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Coordinator and/or Warehouse Lead and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor**Qualifications** Basic Requirements**:- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse logistics and operations- Prior work experience using a forklift- Basic knowledge in the production of novelas/soap operas and TV- Basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Ability to lift over 10 lbs of item(s) used in props and/or sets- Must be able to perform physical activities required of this position which includes, but is not limited to, climbing, lifting, balancing stooping, and handling of materials.- Must be able to perform job at locations in and outside work environment with varying weather conditions**Eligibility Requirements**:- Willingness to travel with short notice and on weekends- Willingness to work flexible hours including late and/or last-minute scheduling changes in a 24/7 production work environment- Must be willing to work in the greater Mexico City area- Must be 18 years or older- Must have a valid driver’s license**Desired Characteristics**:- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dead-line driven environment- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills- Strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently- Customer service orientated**Additional Information
