**Vacante para la empresa LinkEazi en San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosi**:DIGIT Automotive en México fue fundada en junio de 2017, la empresa es una planta de estampado y soldadura para la producción de asientos y partes de carrocería automotriz.BuscamosPMC Manager con **5 años de experiência en gestión de equipos de PMC y almacén en la industria de autopartes.****Responsabilidades**:- Responsable de la planificación de la producción y la gestión de almacenes. Desarrollar planes de producción razonables, planes de requerimientos de materiales, planes de alimentación y planes de entrega de productos terminados basados en los requisitos de entrega de los pedidos de los clientes.- Coordinar y hacer seguimiento a la devolución de materiales relacionados, y coordinar el manejo de problemas anormales en el proceso para asegurar que se logre el progreso general de la entrega.- Comunicarse oportunamente con los departamentos de compras, calidad, ingeniería y otros para coordinar y resolver problemas anormales en el proceso de producción.- Revisar los planes de requerimientos de materiales, supervisar la emisión y el progreso de devolución de los requerimientos de compra, y controlar y ahorrar costos de materiales.- Responsable de la gestión de almacenes, prever planes de transporte anuales/trimestrales/mensuales en base a los planes de ventas y desarrollar planes de gestión de almacenes VDC/VSC.- Responsable de coordinar diversas excepciones en el proceso de ejecución del plan, monitorear el transporte y la entrega logística, comunicarse con producción, logística y almacén cuando sea necesario, para asegurar que se logre la tasa de entrega de producción.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura o superior, preferentemente en la carrera de gestión de logística.- Más de cinco años de **experiência laboral en gestión de equipos de PMC y almacén en la industria de autopartes.**:- Dominio de sistemas ERP, SAP, habilidades en operaciones de OFFICE, especialmente en el uso de EXCEL.- Trabajo proactivo, fuerte sentido de responsabilidad, espíritu de equipo, buenas habilidades de comunicación y coordinación, capaz de trabajar arduamente y soportar cierta presión laboral.- Nível de** inglés avanzado/fluido.****Beneficios**:- Salario base mensual- Contrato directo- Aguinaldo: 20 días- Vacaciones: 12 días a partir del primer año- Prima Vacacional: 25%- Fondo de ahorro: 8%- Vales de despensa: 6%- Comedor subsidiado al 100% por la empresa- Utilidades correspondientes**Horario**:Lunes a sábado, 8:00 AM- 5:30 PM.**Lugar**:Logistik 1, Parque Industrial, SLP, Mexico.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Automotriz**Habilidades**:- Comunicación- Coordinación- Trabajo bajo presión- Proactividad- Trabajo en equipo
