**Location**: Remote (Applicants must reside in **Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico**)**Pay**: MX$22,000 per month**Job Type**: Full-time**IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING**As our **Appointment Setter / Client Services Representative**, you will work remotely from your home office, conducting daily phone calls to schedule meetings between warm prospects and our sales representatives.You will be the first human connection many prospects have with our company. Our team is dedicated, dynamic, and goal-focused, and we’re looking for someone who fits that culture.This is a **100% remote position** with **weekly video team meetings**.**Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**- Fast, stable, and reliable internet connection- Ability to work from a quiet home office environment- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems**Key Responsibilities**- Serve as the primary point of contact for **warm leads** who have requested information through our website- Answer inbound calls and chats from prospects (primarily retired or near-retirement individuals)- Make a high volume of outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales representatives- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and reset appointments as needed- Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and one-call resolution whenever possible- Maintain accurate and detailed call notes and appointment logs- Coordinate communication between prospects and sales representatives**Required Skills & Experience**✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate concerns✔ Professional, dependable, and proactive work ethic✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment✔ Transparent and consistent communicator with the team✔ **Minimum of 2 years of call center or customer service experience** (appointment setting preferred)✔ **Fluent, near-native English pronunciation** with clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.**Subject line**: Appointment Setter - HermosilloInclude:- Your resume (PDF format preferred)- **A short cover letter explaining**:- 1.
