At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:Now we are looking for this position:**Data Quality Control Sr. Analyst****Main Purpose**- Responsible for perform and enhance the Data Quality Control processes for all Revenue Management Advanced Descriptive and Predictive Analytics Tools (LATAM). _- Develop analysis capabilities with business focus and enhance control processes. _- Business Partner with the functional and technology teams for continues improvements, service delivery, troubleshooting and any data or performance issues._- Scale Data Quality issues with IT and Functional Areas, such as Revenue Management, CCO Analytics, Sales, Marketing and Commercialization across all LatAm Countries._**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- _Responsible of robust and effective data validation process for all Revenue Management Advanced Analytics descriptive and predictive tools that ensure that the raw data ingested into the data warehouse is fundamentally the same when it is reflected in analytics._- _ Understanding of data transformation rules._- _ Identify and addressed data quality inconsistencies that may appear across any data sources._- _ Capable of understanding the Source of Truth and all external data sources._- _ Executed SQL reports referred to as EDRF (EDW Detailed Report Format) reports that facilitate the validation throughout the process._- _ Conduct next validation works (Many of these require advanced formulas and spreadsheet functions to create):_- _ SOT vs EDW_- _ EDW vs ADLS_- _ Sell in vs Financial Base_- _ Sell in vs Sell out_- _ Interact with stackeholders (IT and Functional Areas, such as Revenue Management, CCO Analytics, Sales, Marketing and Commercialization across all LatAm Countries) to identify problems and coordinate a resolution._- _ Validate Revenue Management Descriptive (Dashboards) and Predictive tools._- _ Propose automation and enhancements in data quality process across sector evolving from manual validations to intelligent validations leveraging with technology._- _ Improve process to identify, track, escalate, resolve and report data inconsistencies._- _ Participate in fine tuning activities to improve performance and/or ensure the SLA._- _ Ensure Data Quality is delivered according to SLAs (Service Level Agreement), and reliable in terms information and ti_ming._Qualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**- _System Engineering or Data & Analytics related career._- _ 2 to 3 years of experience with SQL, Data Management, Alteryx or Business analytics and reporting._Basic or Intermediate Alteryx skills_- _ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, advanced formulas and spreadsheet functions)_- _ Fluent english lenguage._- _ Ability to manage problems from complex to simple_- _ Strong communication and Story telling_- _ Influencing and perseverance skills for troubleshooting with stakeholders._- _ Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational boundaries_- _ Proficient on creating dynamics Dashboards and Reports at different levels of details using the PepsiCo standards reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, etc.)_- _ Expertice using different source systems of data like SAP/BW, Teradata, EDW, Azure Data Lake Storage, Alteryx, Flat files, etc._- _ Experience in the developing, analyzing, interpreting, and managing of a variety of moderately complex data sets._- _ Experience working with multifunctional teams._***If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via,
