Job posting end date: 12/26/2025 Introduction We are seeking a Specialist, CNS Quotation and Order Master Data in Americas region to join our newly established CNS Master Data Management team. You will be responsible for maintaining material master data for Consumables BA. Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction combined with efficient execution of quotations and orders. This position is mainly located in any of the key locations in the region, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements. Team you belong to You will join a team of professionals who are passionate about taking the Consumables business area to the next level and delivering the business results. We are currently building a new team and ways of working and looking for the best candidate to join us on this journey. We work closely with both the full Consumables business area and all the market areas. What You’ll Do Create, extend and maintain SAP material data globally according to defined information, guidelines and processes. Including, but not limited to Material master, PIR, Source List, Pricing conditions. Maintain required SAP material data for requests from Global Inventory Planning and Consumables Business Area functions. Manage material replacements globally in SAP aftermarket plants. Carry out assigned data quality control procedures and support in data quality cases to ensure good quality data in SAP aftermarket plants. Authorized to develop, define and implement CNS master data management strategy as directed and within guidelines established by the direct management and Metso policies and procedures. Who You Are Degree in engineering or equivalent experience from relevant jobs/positions. You have a good understanding on the end-to-end supply chain and how each link contributes to delivering value to the customer. You communicate effectively and build strong relationships, collaborating with stakeholders across functions to ensure customer needs are met proactively. You have ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines. You have proficiency in Excel functions, data analysis tools and project management methodologies. You have experience with SAP systems.
