We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.**Alzheimer’s Disease Ecosystem Manager (AEM)**:**Join us at Lilly as the Alzheimer’s Disease Ecosystem Manager (AEM)**, where you will be the vital link between our key customers in the Alzheimer’s therapeutic area and our internal teams. Your innovative approach will enhance patient care while fostering strong, collaborative relationships.**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Ecosystem Mapping**: Analyze and document the Alzheimer’s diagnostic and therapeutic landscape, including patient flow, referral networks, and stakeholder capabilities.- ** Partnership Development**: Cultivate local partnerships to enhance the ecosystem, focusing on diagnostics and treatment.- ** Customer Engagement**: Build and sustain relationships with key customers, ensuring optimal use of Lilly products and identifying opportunities for growth.- ** Account Management**: Lead cross-functional account planning, coordinate actions, and analyze data to drive strategic decisions.- ** Innovative Solutions**: Design scalable programs that address customer needs while aligning with Lilly’s strategic goals.**Skills & Expertise**:- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market and neurology, especially Alzheimer’s disease.- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.- Creativity in developing value-added programs that meet customer needs.**Experience**:- At least 5 years in key account management within the pharmaceutical or biomedical sectors.- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and executing large-scale projects.- Fluent in English - Essential**Qualifications**:- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.**Ready to make an impact?** Join us in advancing Alzheimer’s careLilly does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.WeAreLilly
