**Description**:Leading Global Ad Tech Supplier, EXTE is looking for a confident, knowledgeable and energetic Account Manager to provide best in class service and advertising campaigns to clients.If you are ambitious, organized and looking for an exciting role in a fast and passionate environment, then please read on:EXTE are a global leader in contextual video and display advertising which combine innovation, creativity and technology to deliver tangible results and business outcomes.**JOB DESCRIPTION**Based in Mexico the Account Manager will report to the Sales Manager and be tasked with delivering revenue goals and business objectives across a lucrative agency patch.**Responsabilities of the Role**- Respond to team and client inquiries that demand immediate attention and quick turnaround time- Understand the client’s strategies in collaboration with the sales lead to ensure the RFPs match the client’s needs and EXTE’s capabilities- Collaborate with the ad ops, media solutions and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and ensure campaign performance- Attend and participate in client meetings, weekly hot desks etc- Oversee advertising campaigns, and make suggestions on how best to reach your client’s goals- Monitor, anticipate and solve campaign-related issues- Strategize with other team members to come up with ways to improve campaign performance and be in the top performer- Provide delivery reports detailing campaign status on a recurring basis and quarter business reviews to key clients- Lead troubleshooting for live campaigns- Bring between 2 and 4 years of experience in the digital media ecosystem- Have an understanding of media agencies and be passionate about media and online advertising.- Display excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve queries efficiently, effectively and courteously.- Be confident self-starter, able to learn quickly, use their own initiative and motivated to get the job done effectively.- Harness a positive, solution-driven mentality always and with a proactive, can-do attitude- Poses good technical knowledge and understanding of ad-serving and tracking technology.- Has solid grasp of arithmetic, percentages and decimals, and performance analysis.- Shows strong communication and interpersonal skills.
