Estamos comprometidos con una movilidad responsable, limpia e inteligente Funciones del cargo ¿Qué buscamos? Sr Backend ¿Cuál será tu misión? Buscamos un Senior Backend Developer para darle vuelo a este proyecto, desarrollando sistemas robustos, escalables y de alto rendimiento. Tus Principales Responsabilidades Serán Liderar el diseño y desarrollo de soluciones backend para VEMO WATTS. Definir la arquitectura del sistema, aplicando patrones de diseño y principios de OOP. Participar en la planificación del backlog y en la descomposición de tareas (breakdown). Desarrollar e implementar código limpio y eficiente, asegurando la escalabilidad del proucto. Optimizar y simplificar el codebase, proponiendo mejoras en arquitectura. Participar activamente en CI/CD, asegurando despliegues automatizados y confiables. Realizar troubleshooting y resolver incidentes en tiempos de inactividad (downtimes). Contribuir al proceso de entrevistas para nuevos desarrolladores del equipo. Guiar y mentorizar a perfiles de menor seniority, promoviendo mejores prácticas de desarrollo. Dirigir capacitaciones internas, fomentando una cultura de aprendizaje continuo. Requerimientos del cargo +5 años de experiencia sólida en backend development con C# y Javascript. Conocimiento en arquitecturas full-stack, patrones de diseño, OOP y principios SOLID. Experiencia con infraestructura en la nube (AWS, GCP, Azure) y herramientas de contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes). Manejo avanzado de CI/CD, automatización de despliegues y buenas prácticas de DevOps. Experiencia en bases de datos SQL y NoSQL. Capacidad de resolver problemas complejos y proponer soluciones escalables. Habilidades de liderazgo, mentoría y toma de decisiones.
