**Join Our Team as an L2 Support Java Specialist - Mexico Fully Remote**:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Java professional to join our support team. If you have extensive experience in Java, J2EE, and a solid background supporting complex enterprise environments, this opportunity is for you.**Key Qualifications**:- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development and support- Expertise in REST API, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Hibernate, and Spring- Experience working with multi-server environments such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, and WebLogic- Strong database skills (DB2, Oracle, Sybase, etc.)- Proficiency in Unix and scripting languages (Shell, Perl)- Familiarity with job scheduling tools like AutoSys, Procmon, and Crontab- Hands-on experience with IDEs such as Eclipse and NetBeans- Knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins- Understanding of support models (L2+/L3) and production tooling (Jira, ServiceNow)***Soft Skills**:- Proactive with excellent teamwork and communication- Empathetic, responsible, committed, and adaptable**Additional Details**:Location: Fully Remote Mexico,Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00Language: Advanced English**What We Offer**:- **Flexible Work Environment**:Remote work model**with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.- This is a support role and will likely require weekend work (it will be a rotating schedule).- **Benefits**:- SGMM (Group Medical Insurance), Life Insurance- Aguinaldo (Christmas bonus), Vacation bonuses, and paid vacations- Grocery vouchers, Performance bonuses
