Some of our **benefits** are health club membership and medical services.As a **Track and Trace Specialist **you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.**Some of your responsibilities will be**:- Communicate and do follow-ups on carriers and drivers to find out if the carrier is running on time for pick up/delivery.- Communicate with other supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible.- Make sure all loads are updated with complete and accurate information and documentation, and administrative support.- Review Transportation Management, Dispatch, Appointment settings and Consolidation.- Assist in the implementation of operational projects as needed.- Communicates with customers about service issues as needed.**Requirements**:**What would help you succeed**:- Believe and love what you do.- Communication skills.- Proactive and multitasking.- Organization and attention to detail.- Analytical and problem-solving.- Interpersonal and customer service skills.**Minimum requirements**:- ** Studies**:High School Degree is **required**. Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or any other career related.- **Experience**:Experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, logistics, back office or any other related.- **Language**:Very good English skills.
