Descripción y detalle de las actividadesPartners with Materials,Maintenance, Quality and Production Teams to set production center goals and objectives that align with the needs of the Customer and BU targets.The role consists of direct responsibility for the efficient operations of Spectra Strip production line.Accountable for the business P&L, meeting and improving financial margins.Determining and implementing world class quality control mindset and standards.Facilitate effective and actionable Gemba walks utilizing KPIs to meet performance objectives and drive continuous improvement.Document any process specification.Coordinate NPI activities tomanage introduction of new product meting quality and productivity standards.
