See the world in Your Own Way.**ABOUT THE ROLE****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage information technology and computer systems- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures- Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time- Audit systems and assess their outcomes- Preserve assets, information security, and control structures- Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness- Responsible for constant improvement of IT systems in the company- Provide service and support to internal users.**Requirements**:- Experience in Business Aviation industry (advantageous)- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience (at least 2 years)- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation- Expertise in data center management and data governance- Knowledge in Zoho is desirable.- Fluent in English- Confident individual with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude toward work- Excellent attention to detail- Ability to meet deadlines- Strategic thinking- Strong communication skills- Project management skills- Experience in a multicultural environment- Ability to stay calm in often demanding situations- Excellent, proven organizational skills- Proven ability to deal with confidential information- Able to work as a team member and proven ability to work on own initiative, often autonomously
