About the jobThe senior financial analyst with an operations approach will analyze and optimize production costsand operational efficiency. This role requires a good understanding of manufacturing processes toprovide financial analysis that supports strategic decisions, improves profitability and ensures thefinancial sustainability of the manufacturing operation**Responsabilidades**- Develop and maintain financial models integrating operational data to assess profitability by production line, continuous improvement projects, and cost reduction initiatives.- Collaborate with the operations department to identify savings and efficiency opportunities, translating these opportunities into concrete financial analyses.- Drive the Manufacturing Expense Overview in collaboration with the production team.- Support forecast, budget and plan cycles for full P&L.- Actively participate in the financial planning cycle, ensuring that operations budgets accurately reflect variable and fixed costs, and production forecasts.**Requisitos**- Bachelor's degree with financial background or engineering with at least 3 years of financial experience on a manufacturing plant.- Conversational english.- SAP Skills for financial modules.Tipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
