Our mission is to empower the next generation with the skills they need to succeed in a technology-driven world.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare and review **federal, state, and local tax returns** for individuals and businesses.- Manage and coordinate **tax audits** and tax notices.- Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws.- Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and provide well-documented conclusions.- Review and ensure the accuracy of tax provisions and disclosures in financial statements.- Stay informed about new **tax laws and regulations** and advise management on potential impacts.- Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial planning and decision-making.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance**, or a related field.- **CPA or EA license** in the United States.- Minimum of **5 years of experience** in a **CPA firm**, focusing on tax preparation and planning.- Extensive experience in filing **personal and business taxes**.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in **tax software** and Microsoft Office Suite.- An **Enrolled Agent (EA)** in LATAM with US CPA credentials is also acceptable.**What We Offer**:- **Flexible Working Hours**:- **100% Remote Work**:- **Competitive USD Salary**:- Generous **Paid Time Off / Vacations**:- Paid **Maternity/Paternity Leave**:- **Local Holidays
