Our passion and creative drive ensure that we are an innovative force - across the globe at over 70 TRUMPF locations.SIS Projects:- Spare parts request- Installation planPreventive Maintenance:- Coordination of preventive maintenance missions.- Customer support with necessary spare parts.- Sale of Service policies.- Facilities:- Coordination of facilities missions.- Customer support with spare parts and necessary technical information.- Preventive Maintenance:- Attend to the customer when requesting preventive maintenance.- Provide you with a quote for the service.- Provide you with a list of spare parts that are required.- Cost-benefit analysis per service contract.- Generate graphic documents that support the previous point based on cost and benefit statistics (diagrams, graphs, analysis of consumption, savings and costs).- Make proposals for contract sales.- Carry out a preventive maintenance plan.- Coordinate the mission of the Service Engineer.- Assist the technician with information of general interest.- Assist the client in any doubt that arises.- Carry out and update a real-time control of the status of each preventive maintenance in the present and future already scheduled.- Notify the customer when their contract is about to expire and if their preventive maintenance has not yet been done.- Notify the customer when their new machine contract or warranty is about to expire and invite them to renew the contract.- Ensure that the Service Engineer's mission ends satisfactorily.Facilities:- Answer the call or contact the customer in a timely manner upon arrival of the machine.- Send technical information (pre-installation manual, layout, images, etc.) to the client.- If it is a used machine, the customer is provided with a quote and the list of necessary spare parts.- Provide installation letter describing the requirements necessary to provide the service.- Attend meetings with the client virtually and sometimes in person to clarify doubts in addition to guiding them to good practices for the correct installation.- Asegurarse que el cliente reenvié el checklist contestado de preinstalación.- Proporcionar un cronograma (diagrama de Gantt) al cliente donde muestre las actividades y su duración de la visita del técnico.- Coordinar la misión del Ingeniero de Servicio en campo.- Asistir al Ingeniero de Servicio con ayuda visual, diagramas o dibujos.- Pedir partes faltantes o en garantía por instalación.- Llevar y actualizar un control en tiempo real del estatus de cada instalación en curso y a futuro basándose en una lista de verificación de cada paso para completar la instalación.- Asegurar que la misión del Ingeniero de Servicio termine satisfactoriamente.- Asegurar que se firme el protocolo de aceptación por parte del cliente.- Administrar disco duro donde se almacenan los respaldos de la información de las máquinas para futuras reparaciones.- Invitar a los clientes a registrarse a la aplicación “Service App” del portal “MyTRUMPF”.Ofrecemos:- Prestaciones y Beneficios superiores a la Ley- Entorno de trabajo de vanguardia con la última tecnología- Asunción temprana de responsabilidades y tareas variadas- Capacitación y actualización constante- Flexibilidad laboral- Cultura empresarial respetuosa y agradecida
