The Administrative Recruiter is responsible for the effective administration of corporate staff hiring requirements. Ensuring the accurate sourcing and hiring of highly qualified personnel through various digital platforms and headhunting efforts.**Responsibilities**:- Receive and accurately track hiring requisitions (Fill time and Fill Rate)- Conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand utilizing various interview techniques (Competency & Behavioral based interviews)- Preform English level assessments utilizing the Common European Framework for the Reference of Languages- Maintain and report all hiring and pipeline matrixes- Coordinate internal promotions with management staff (backfills and replacements)- Elaborate Job offers and review with HR for approval of compensation package (salary analysis)**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree- Conversational english level- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques- Experience in Corporate Talent AcquisitionTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $21,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono de productividad
