We are looking to build a truly great company and are JUST GETTING STARTED.The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it, as ourPorch Warranty| Claims RepresentativeTHE POSITIONClaims representatives perform a variety of functions that primarily involve customer service, assisting customers in submitting new claims requests and providing additional information based on determinations made, including queued call volume, ensuring that all customers receive assistance in the shortest amount of time possible.WHAT YOU DO- Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim.- Communicate home warranty information effectively.- Notate claim information accurately into the database- Provide follow-up information to customers as needed- Other duties as assignedWHAT TO EXPECT:- Quick recruitment process through video calls.- Pay rate: MXN 93.50 an hour- Potential bonus / Commissions: Regular to average performers are making MXN 3,700 to MXN 12,950 per month.
