"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently we are looking for our next: Strategy Associate Manager**Which is the main objective of this role?**- The main purpose of the role is to help driving value for the business by aligning with Functional Leadership to help achieve challenging but attainable transformation while reaching performance goals.- The Strategy Associate Manager drives and gives support to the execution of the Future Office to generate growth, securing a solid balance between transformation and performance without business disruption. This role must be able to translate and implement the Strategy into action plans, integrating functions and areas with a holistic view.- The role also is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of Operating Model included in Transformational Project Portfolio.**Qualifications****What will you be doing?****Accountabilites high level**- To Support and assist on key transformational Projects to drive growth, through active work with multifunctional teams, continuous monitoring of the project performance, identification of issues, risks and key decisions that could impact the project delivery.- To drive the design of of the Future roadmap of the OU for each year, ensuring all the relevant information is consolidated and project interdependencies are mapped correctly.- To drive & manage the execution of the Business Transformation projects assigned, including programs associated but not limited to Digital, supply chain and Demand planning capabilities.- To Ensure the development and adoption of a growth mindset among business leaders enabling and sponsoring new agile programs and Scrum fundamentals, presentation tools, use case submission, quality check and ways of working.- To Closely engage with stake holders, ensuring its constant communication and integration with Transformation agenda and all relevant projects.- Connect with Finance & Change Management functions to ensure the correct execution of each project, ensuring a correct change management plan and a project on time and with value realization.- Support on the development of the Strategic Planning Deliverables by setting the strategic framework and developing a high impact contect to be presented to Leadership Teams**Accountabilites per Imperative**Strategy and Portfolio- Support the PMF of the Future Agenda helping build plans that will include all necessary inputs related to the processes required to achieve the defined strategy.Capabilities- Execute the processes performance commitments included of the Future Office agenda- Conducts complex quantitative analysis and modeling independently and effectively- Proactively work on innovative solutions to improve the performance of the organization and the integration of the information.- Monitor Value realization of the appointed projects or programs and support the resolution of gaps to guarantee fulfillment.- Distills insight from analyses; goes beyond the obvious and identifies second order implications- Prioritizes work effectively; demonstrates business sense and adaptability- Is reliable and timely; manages team expectations- Identifies next steps proactively; owns module- Generates value for client, is committed to making change happenTeam contribution- Acts independently; asks for help when needed- Takes on challenges willingly- Performs role with highest level of integrity, generating trust and protecting client interests- Treats all others with respect regardless of background, position or performanceDisplays perseverance and tenacity in the face of obstacles; responds calmly to stressful situations**Who are we looking for?****Education/Requirements**- Professional / Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems and/or Finance or Business Management.- English and Spanish fluent professional.- At least 3-5 years' formal experience leading continuous improvement or transformation projects- Proven program and project management skills for large scale programs.- Deep business acumen.- Advanced knowledge in Power Point, Excel, Word &
