The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and knowledge of supply chain operations.***Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement production plans to achieve production goals.* Conduct Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure alignment of material supply with production needs.* Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control strategies to minimize excess and stockout risks.* Collaborate with sites to ensure stability and cost-effectiveness of material supply.* Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance supply* Manage the timeline and budget of production and material planning projects.* Participate in the development and optimization of production processes to reduce waste and improve productivity.* Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.* Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of planning activities.* Prepare and present planning reports, including production forecasts, material analysis, and improvement suggestions.**Qualifications:*** BA/BS or equivalent work experience* Solid Knowledge of production and operations planning.* Solid experience on Material Planning and Control (MRP).* Advanced English level.* Advanced Excel skills.* Experience working with ERP Systems.* Knowledge of continuous improvement tools.**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.MG61## ## Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
