As Planning Lead, your mission is to ensure that the right products are in the right place, at the right time — and always in line with our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. From forecasting demand to owning the S&OP process and refining our inventory strategy, you’ll be at the heart of operational excellence. At Birdman, we’re on a mission to become a global leader in the plant-based revolution. As our Planning Lead , you’ll be a key part of this transformation — making sure that every step of our supply chain runs like clockwork, and every customer gets exactly what they need, when they need it. What You'll Be Doing Guarantee the availability of raw materials and finished goods to meet production and sales needs Manage weekly production plans and collaborate with Purchasing, Commercial, and Operations Analyze demand trends and recommend inventory policies Oversee the S&OP process and resolve forecast deviations Track key KPIs and continuously optimize our supply chain execution Support commercial launches, promotions, and unplanned order demands Adjust planning in response to capacity, supply, or demand changes About You 3+ years of experience in production or demand planning, or supply chain Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent communicator and team collaborator Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel Bonus: knowledge of supply chain methodologies and a passion for sustainability #J-18808-Ljbffr
