Compensation Specialist

Compensation Specialist Objective Design, manage, and analyze compensation and benefits policies, programs, and processes to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance. This role supports talent attraction, motivation, and retention across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities Update and maintain salary structures, compensation bands, and pay scales Participate in external market salary surveys and conduct competitive compensation analysis Maintain and update fixed and variable compensation policies (bonuses, incentives, etc.) Evaluate job positions using standardized methodologies and evaluation tools Ensure compliance with current labor and tax regulations related to compensation Administer salary adjustments, promotions, and performance-based evaluations across all levels Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports and key performance indicators Contribute to continuous improvement and automation projects within compensation processes Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to align compensation strategies with business goals. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, or related field Experience: Minimum 2 years in compensation, benefits, payroll, or a similar HR function Language: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail and confidentiality Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems Knowledge of labor law and compensation regulations Effective communication and teamwork Skills: Communication Confidentiality Responsibility Analytical skills Attention to detail Data management Compensation analysis Foxconn is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
