We are seeking a dynamic, creative, resourceful and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Value Specialist, with a specific focus on the business value derived from AI-driven experience orchestration solutions. In this role, you will be an integral part of our efforts to assess, quantify, and communicate the impact of our cloud solutions on our clients' business objectives. If you have a passion for technology, customer experience, and driving tangible business outcomes, we encourage you to apply.- About the Job:- As a Business Value Specialist focused on the Northern LATAM market, you will be responsible for connecting customer experience delivery requirements, to the vision of what is possible, and to the outcomes delivered by our platform and our marketplace platform and solutions. You will do so by workshopping the journey with the customer, finding the moments of truth, quantifying the stakes, and telling the end-to-end story that makes acting an imperative supported by value benchmarking and quantitative discovery methodologies.
