We are currently seeking talented a Field Applications Senior Engineer who want to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.**In your new role you will**:- Key customer interface for technical support and Demand Creation activitiex- Create solutions for customer specific problems with Infineon products- Provide on-site support for Infineon products- Customer design-in support including schematic and layout reviews- Conduct product family presentations and training courses on Infineon productsGather North American regional requirements and influence the feature sets provided in Infineon's future product families**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:- BSEE- Strong customer interface and project/program management skills- Application level understanding of automotive control electronics- Semiconductor industry experience with understanding of product development and qualification- PCB design experience is preferred- Knowledge of Engineering tools such as PSPICE, Saber, MathCAD,Matlab/Simulink, LabView, etc.- Experience in the lab environment: tools such as oscilloscopes and other test equipment in addition to prototyping tools (soldering iron,etc)- Ability to work with automotive OEM and T1 customers- Understanding of OEM/Tier1 product development and qualification process is preferred10 to 20% travel may be required**#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.**As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
