Important company leader in its field is looking for an **Accounts Receivable Specialist.****Responsibilities**:- Set up new customer accounts- Process daily credit card payments in ERP system- Create customer credit memos- Assist Sales dept. with inquiries, research and resolve billing & payment issues- Follow up on past due accounts- Issue manual invoices/credit memos for pricing, discount errors, shipment errors (overages/shortages), freight charges- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner- Obtain proof of deliveries or export documentation- Review and validate (external) Export documentation with internal paperwork- Upload and maintain export documentation in designated shared drives- Assist Logistics department in tracking Direct to Store import shipments- Work with Import brokers as needed**Requirements**:- Advanced English (conversational required)- Valid VISA (Indispensable)- Experience in general accounting- Willingness to gain experience in the area of Duty Drawback (training will be provided)- Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering- Willingness to travel to USA (occasional and for training)**We offer**:- Attractive salary range: $21,200.00 to $32,400.00 net monthly.- Law benefits- Attractive quarterly bonuses- Major Medical Insurance- Possibility of Hybrid mode- Opportunity for growthTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $21,200.00 - $32,400.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Trabajo desde casa- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono trimestralPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Vives en Tijuana, B.
