Understanding specific market performance issues or trends and delivering tangible and innovative trade solutions2. Develop TMP (Trade Master Plan) according to the product life cycle management, marketing brand & customers´ fortress and needs3. Accountable for the development of JBPs (Joint Business Plans) by channel & client nationwide align with Bayer´s financial targets through the Trade KAM team4. Organize Bayer Pharma´s participation in all our key partners conventions, projects & events align with Compliance5. Develop and ensure synergies & cross-functional work between different therapeutic areas, company divisions & region colleagues6. Identify opportunities, create & implement strategies increasing Bayer´s share & sustainable growth (ROI) through new business with all the private channel stakeholders within a focused, motivated and results driven team.7. Strengthen the commercial relationship with strategic partnersof all channels8.
